What’s Required?
9. Previous Chef experience (nursery, school or contract catering desirable)
10. Strong Food Safety & Health & Safety knowledge
11. Experience catering for allergies and dietary requirements
12. Ability to manage stock and kitchen organisation
13. Food Hygiene Level 2
14. Safeguarding Level 2
15. Valid enhanced DBS certificate
16. Right to work in the UK
17. Flexible and professional approach
