Senior Video & Motion Graphics Editor (Interview-Podcast)

We’re hiring a Video & Motion Graphics Editor to join a fast-growing media business building a high-quality, YouTube-first content operation.
This is a hands-on, creative role with real ownership, ideal for someone who loves long-form storytelling, short-form performance and creating high-quality podcast content.
What you’ll be working on
* Editing long-form video (podcasts, interviews, narrative content) for YouTube
* Creating short-form cutdowns optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
* Designing and animating motion graphics, titles, lower thirds and visual elements
* Collaborating closely with producers and creatives to maintain a consistent brand look and feel
* Owning edits end-to-end: from rough cut through to final delivery
What we’re looking for
* Several years’ experience as a Video Editor
* Strong experience editing long-form video for YouTube
* Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Confidence creating motion graphics and animations
* Experience working on video podcasts or interview-led content
* Understanding of pacing, hooks and storytelling for different platforms
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
* Experience filming or working on shoots is a strong bonus
