Join us on our journey to empower over a million people to change their behaviours and thrive!
At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier! We’re looking for a part-time Engagement and Partnerships Officer to join Gloji, our Tier 2 Weight Management service in Brighton & Hove. The role will encompass promoting our range of weight management interventions including:

* Children & Families Groups and 1:1’s
* Remote digital support
* Priority Support for people with a learning disability and pregnant women
* Gloji’s partner programs, Slimming World and MAN v FAT
Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.
A typical day as a Engagement and Partnership Officer might include :
* Working closely with the central Thrive Tribe marketing team to achieve all localised outcomes.
* Establish effective and reliable referral relationships with local community and health partners from a variety of settings including GPs, hospital trusts, mental health trust and voluntary organisations.
* Working closely with Schools, Nurses and The National Child Measurement Program (NCMP) to generate referrals for the Children & Families program
* Promote services to priority groups in line with KPI’s. Focusing on marginalised groups, with an emphasis on engagement with Black and racially minoritised individuals and residents of deprived areas.
* Provide support with our digital referral generation model
* Deliver outreach and attend meetings in the county, with an aim of driving exemplary activity figures across the services.
* The role will require occasional weekend work to attend community events
* Work with colleagues in our Healthy Lifestyles team and Thrive Tribe's marketing team to deliver localised campaigns, often piggy-backing national campaigns such as Better Health and New Year.
* Working with partner organisations to create referral routes and meet targets
* Arrange and oversee venue bookings for the programs delivered
* Ensuring due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements and guidance.
