This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to take ownership of a busy, established branch and drive performance across both residential sales and lettings .Youll be joining a respected independent agency with a modern, innovative approach to estate agency. This is a role for someone who wants genuine influence, variety, and the opportunity to shape branch success rather than simply maintain it.As Senior Branch Manager, youll oversee the full sales and lettings operation, supporting your team to win instructions, deliver excellent service, increase market share, and maintain a strong local reputation. Youll be hands-on where needed, but your main focus will be leadership, growth, standards, and results.What youll be doing day to day: Leading and motivating the sales and lettings teams to achieve branch targetsDriving new business through valuations, listings, landlord relationships, and local market activityOverseeing sales progression, lettings performance, compliance, and customer service standardsCoaching negotiators and consultants to improve conversion, confidence, and resultsBuilding strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants, and local contactsMonitoring branch performance and identifying opportunities for growthEnsuring the branch delivers a professional, consistent, and proactive customer experienceSupporting marketing, canvassing, and business development activity across NottinghamMaintaining high standards across property listings, viewings, offers, move-ins, and completionsWorking closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and improve branch performanceWhat were looking for: Youll already have strong experience within estate agency, ideally with exposure to both sales and lettings. You may be an experienced Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Lettings Manager, or a senior property professional ready to step into a broader leadership role.Youll need to be confident with valuations, team management, customer service, compliance awareness, and business development.
