Reporting to the Managing Director UK, you will leverage your technical background to support and promote our products and services effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned area. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Deliver first-class service by prioritizing customer needs and working together to solve their challenges. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical features and advantages of our offerings. Collaborate with the sales technical team to address customer enquiries and resolve technical issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in technical sales from Building Automation, BMS, HVAC, Building Services Engineering, or related industry. Strong technical knowledge, understanding of building automation field devices as an advantage. Excellent interpersonal communication skills for building relationships at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Additional Skills: Knowledge of the UK market and industry trends. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Self-driven and motivated mindset. Ability to adapt between account management, prospecting new business, and business development.
