Tax Knowledge Lawyer | London | Leading City Law Firm
We’re currently working with a highly regarded City law firm looking to hire a Knowledge Lawyer to support its Tax team.
This is a great opportunity for a tax lawyer (3+ PQE) who enjoys the technical side of practice and wants to play a more strategic role across knowledge, training, and thought leadership.
You’ll sit at the centre of the team, working closely with fee-earners to shape and develop know-how, support client-facing content, and help drive best practice across a busy and collaborative group.
What you’ll be doing:
• Creating and maintaining tax precedents, guidance notes, and know-how resources
• Working with lawyers to capture and develop internal knowledge and improve access to it
• Supporting client-facing content, articles, and broader business development initiatives
• Delivering and coordinating training programmes, including junior lawyer development
• Monitoring legal and market developments and sharing practical updates
• Getting involved in wider knowledge and innovation projects, including legal tech initiatives
What they’re looking for:
• A qualified tax lawyer with strong private practice experience
• A genuine interest in knowledge, training, and sharing technical expertise
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and confidence working across a team
• Prior PSL/Knowledge experience is helpful but not essential
