Position: Sales Assistant (Babyologist) - Part Time & Full Time
Do you have a passion for helping families find the perfect solutions for their little ones? Would you like to join our dynamic team at ebebek’s one of our first UK stores, will be located in Lakeside.
At ebebek, a Babyologist is more than just a team member. It’s a trusted guide for parents, sharing expert knowledge about baby and barenting essentials with care and understanding.
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum of GCSE-level education or equivalent.
* A friendly and positive attitude, with a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
* A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and building relationships.
* A commitment to providing excellent parent service with elegance and kindness.
* Alignment with ebebek’s Babyology Philosophy: the science of understanding and supporting babies' needs while empowering parents.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant (Babyologist), you’ll play an essential role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable in-store experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting parents with product selection and queries.
* Handling till operations and processing transactions.
* Receiving, organizing, and restocking inventory.
* Merchandising and ensuring the store is visually appealing.
* Managing product labelling and ensuring all items are correctly priced.
