Day to Day
* Sourcing leads from many platforms including Google, Yell, Linkedin etc
* Outbound dialling prospective customers engaging in conversation and effective questioning to understand their fuel card requirements
* Confidently answer customers questions around NWF Fuel products with a view to closing the sale on the call and issuing them with a fuel card
* Nurturing the customer through the fuel card activation process
* Passing new customers over to a dedicated account manager who handles any future queries
What will you bring?
* Previous experience in a lead generation or other sales role would be advantageous
* Resilience – any successful salesperson needs to be resilient, the ability to pick the phone up again after a morning of 'thanks but no thanks'
* Confident telephone manner, excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively and negotiate when required
* Comfortable working to targets – it doesn't matter that you haven't sold our products before, most people haven't, drive for success is what matters
* Competitive – we want there to be friendly competition across our sales teams to push each other to be better, the regular incentives help too
* Ability to pick up new computer systems – they're super user-friendly
