Working with this global consultancy, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager who can support this team on an ongoing, temporary basis. Working remotely, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years project management experience within artwork & reprographic services. Joining a well-established and supportive team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial brief to release, ensuring the critical path is followed and all client expectations are met. Within this varied role, key duties will include;
Oversee all projects from inception to delivery
Update and manage all documentation ensuring all financials
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing is processed; managing all client queries/ age debt monitored and managed
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure SLA's are met and all briefs are communicated accurately
Build and develop strong client relationships
Attend all project meetings, remotely and on site with clients
Daily client reports
Ensure accurate workload activity is uploaded and recorded
Create and manage critical paths according to client launch schedule
This is a fantastic, remote based, ongoing opportunity for a Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years Project Management experience within artwork and reprographic services, one who has a solid understanding of all technical aspects of artwork. The successful candidate must have a calm demeanour and be able to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to manage the success of projects. The successful candidate must have;

Ability to create and maintain client relationships
Excellent MS Office packages especially Excel
