Permanent: 37.5 hour per week

Role – What You'll Be Doing

* Conduct horizon scanning and maintain a tracker of regulatory developments.
* Support the development and maintenance of the Compliance Obligations Register.
* Assist with governance and regulatory working groups, including preparation for Board committees.
* Coordinate responses to internal and external audits.
* Assist with regulatory reporting and breach management processes.
* Provide day‑to‑day compliance advice across the business on regulations such as COBS, SYSC, COLL and FUND.
* Promote a positive compliance and conduct culture across the organisation.


About You – The Value You’ll Bring

* High integrity and trustworthiness.
* Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
* Good understanding of regulatory requirements in the asset‑management space.
* Experience in a compliance advisory role within asset management or a similar regulated environment.
* Effective planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Professional qualification such as CISI Diploma in Investment Compliance or equivalent experience.
* Experience in horizon scanning, analysis and reporting.
* Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
