Due to continued growth, the firm is expanding its corporate department and is seeking a proactive paralegal who is keen to work on high-quality transactional matters alongside experienced corporate solicitors. The Role This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on involvement in a range of corporate transactions. The firm undertakes high-value acquisition and disposal work, with particular expertise in the social care sector. Key responsibilities will include: Reviewing and preparing due diligence responses Managing data rooms during transactions Drafting due diligence and transaction reports Drafting and negotiating ancillary corporate documents Assisting with disclosure processes Supporting with company incorporations, share allotments and corporate governance matters The work can be fast-paced and deadline-driven, so the successful candidate will need to be organised, proactive and comfortable working under time pressure.
