Job Description - Role And Responsibilities
As a Mediation Handler, you will provide accurate and efficient service support to our client base and the general public via mediation.
The target is to ensure unbiased and impartial support is provided between two parties, whilst ensuring full compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, actioned with excellent service standards and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
● Consumer dispute resolution via mediation between consumer and retailer
● Problem Solving
● Understanding the Consumer Rights Act 2015
● Composing emails responding to complaints
● Delivering positives /Increasing customer satisfaction
● Compiling reports on trends
● Ad hoc Tasks
As a Mediator, you may be required to undertake other duties or work at additional or other addresses from time to time as we may reasonably require meeting the needs of the business.

● Experience using Microsoft and Google products (Word, Excel etc.)
Additional Information:
● Hours of Work – 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri
● Hybrid - 3 office days/2 working from home
