Would suit anyone with previous Purchasing, Buying, Buyer, Supply Chain experience looking a better pace of life.ResponsibilitiesRaise purchase orders for products & materials with suppliers, ensuring products get ordered at the right time to land in NI when needed.Maintain procurement database, updating and ensuring deliveries stay on track.Work with international suppliers to manage order timelines and resolve issues.Inform internal staff and external customers on any changes to order deliveries.Spot any potential issues with orders around lead time/delivery and notify correct colleagues.Gather information from database to share with colleagues on stock levels.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing.RequirementsPrevious purchasing, buying or supply chain experience.High attention to details and accuracy.Experience raising purchasing orders, invoice resolution and getting quotes for orders.Good experience using Microsoft Office including Excel.Strong administration skills, attention to detail and good basic maths skills.Great communication skills and professional attitude.RewardsSalary between £27,000 - £30,000Working for a fantastic local employer in stunning offices.Option of 1 day hybrid and option of early finish FridaysAnnual company events, charity events and wellbeing programmes.On the job support & developmentPensionPay Day TreatsPaid HolidaysCompany branded clothing providedGenuine career progression opportunities.
