As a Management Accountant, you'll play a central role in driving financial insight across the business. This position goes beyond traditional reporting, you'll be actively involved in planning, analysis, and partnering with stakeholders to support smarter decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and meaningful insight
* Taking ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls
* Delivering timely reporting aligned with group requirements and deadlines
* Developing and managing cash flow forecasts to support business planning
* Assisting with audit processes, VAT returns, and tax-related activities
* Contributing to budgeting and forecasting cycles, adding value through analysis and challenge
* Working closely with operational teams to align financial data with business performance
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, with ACCA/CIMA part-qualification
* Strong Excel capability and confidence working with data
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
* A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in being part of a team
