Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out demolition tasks safely and efficiently
Stripping out interiors, dismantling structures, and removing debris
Operating hand and power tools
Following health & safety regulations at all times
Working as part of a team under site supervision
Requirements:
Previous experience in demolition or construction
Valid CSCS card
Own PPE (Hard hat, safety boots, high-vis, etc.)
Good level of physical fitness
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Asbestos Awareness, CCDO card, or other demolition-related qualifications are a bonus.
