Job Type: Ongoing temporary work with potential for long-term opportunities
Shifts Available:
* Full-time or part-time hours available
* Shift options: 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00
* Must be available to work at least one weekend day
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering first-class support to customers, both over the phone and through administrative tasks. You\'ll be the first point of contact for queries, ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in-person
* Handling general administrative duties and data entry
* Updating customer records accurately
* Providing product or service information and resolving issues promptly
* Working as part of a collaborative team to ensure excellent service delivery
