Our Girls’ Programme has enjoyed outstanding success, including as triple back to back ISFA U18 National Champions, and continues to grow across U15-U18 pathways. We are now looking for a coach who can contribute to this momentum through high quality delivery, strong player development and a passion for girls’ football.
The Head Football Coach will take responsibility for the day to day coaching, planning and delivery of training sessions across the girls' programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping our players achieve their ambitions whether progressing toward elite pathways or thriving within school competitions, whilst also modelling the Mount Kelly values of Compassion, Courage, Humility, Respect, Commitment, and Integrity.
The role is part time, working 36 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, typically six hours per day. It is a term time only position for 34 weeks per year, including INSET days, plus an additional 10 days per year to be agreed.
