What You’ll Do
* Manage a prime Central London mixed use portfolio.
* Deliver best-in-class property management services across mixed-use trophy assets.
* Oversee building operations, service charges, and asset performance.
* Lead on tenant engagement with luxury and corporate occupiers.
* Collaborate with in-house experts to drive innovation in sustainability, technology, and customer experience.
* Mentor junior team members and support their development.
About You
* MRICS qualified (or close to achieving).
* Senior Surveyor or Associate Director.
* Solid technical understanding of multi-let building operations and service charges.
* Track record in Central London asset management.
* Strong communicator, able to engage confidently with high-profile clients and occupiers.
* Ambitious, proactive, and career-driven.
