Job Description

An established and growing contractor within the social housing and property services sector is looking to appoint an experienced Bid Writer to join their successful work-winning team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented writer with experience in public sector, repairs, maintenance, refurbishment or decarbonisation bids to play a key role in securing long-term frameworks and contracts.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality, compelling written content for PQQs, ITTs and framework submissions, working closely with operational and commercial teams to create winning bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing and coordinating bid submissions from start to finish
• Producing engaging, clear and compliant tender responses
• Managing bid content libraries and case studies
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather technical information
• Ensuring submissions are completed to strict deadlines

Ideal Background:

• Previous Bid Writing experience within construction, social housing, repairs or maintenance
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Experience working on public sector tenders/frameworks
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
