Job Description
3. Oversee the financial operations of the organisation and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices.
4. Lead financial planning and budgeting processes.
5. Support and advise the management team on financial related matters.
6. Ensure the regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
7. Prepare and present financial reports and metrics to the board of trustees.
8. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
9. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
10. A degree-level education in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
11. Expertise in a financial management role within a not-for-profit organisation.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
13. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
14. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences.
