\nTHE ROLE:
\n• You’ll be joining a highly respected team known for delivering practical, commercial solutions across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes.
\n• As a key member of the Litigation Department, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including: complex possession and property claims, title rectification and professional negligence claims, Trust and commercial disputes and general litigation and dispute resolution advice
\n• You’ll also play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior solicitors, helping to strengthen the department’s continued success.

\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation
\n• Demonstrable experience managing complex cases independently
\n• Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
\n• Already based in Cornwall, or genuinely interested in relocating to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle this beautiful region offers
