Your new roleThis is an exciting role joining a streamlined team, offering administrative and planning support to 3 colleagues. Duties include but not limited to:
* Researching and collating information for projects.
* Reviewing documents/reports and proofreading/sense checking documents.
* Billing on Excel and preparing documents.
* Monitoring online portals as well as liaising and updating clients.
* All office administration, supporting the team.
What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this job you will require:
* Minimum of 3 years current administration skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a methodical and processed way of working.
* The ability to manage your own workload.
* Great communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide variety of businesses and individuals.
* Common sense approach to your work.
* Strong coordination, organisational and IT skills.
* An interest in property or an interest in active learning

1. Salary of £22,000 | £24,000.
