We are expanding and seeking a Project Manager in Nottingham. Join our team for training, mentorship, and career development. You will play a key role in project delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness, especially for projects with a central government client.
Your core duties include:
1. Supporting client brief development and consultant appointments.
2. Managing communication with clients and stakeholders.
3. Preparing programmes and managing project timelines.
4. Handling change management and overseeing design and financial control throughout RIBA stages.
5. Preparing reports such as PEPs, Strategy Reports, and Risk Registers.
Note: You must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance due to project requirements.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar construction role.
* Knowledge of building technology and construction principles.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Desirable:
* Experience with public sector clients.
* Experience developing business cases.
* Membership in professional bodies like RICS, CIOB, CIBSE.
* Chartered status or working towards it.
