What will you be doing in this role?
The Service Improvement Officer (SIO) will support the team and guide the organisation in delivering excellent customer service across all areas of the business.
Working as part of a small team, the SIO will gather and analyse insight, manage the organisation's Complaints Process, and support the organisation to identify improvements and implement change.

Working Arrangements
This role offers flexibility to work both from our scenic dock-front offices and remotely. You are generally expected to be in the office at least 60% of the time, with flexibility to accommodate personal and business needs.
