Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant your key responsibilities will include:
* Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
* Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
* Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
* Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
* Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
Our Care Assistants benefit from:
* £13.35 per hour
* £12.50 per hour for travel time
* Paid Fuel - 35p per mile
* Enhanced Bank Holiday rate at £20.00 per hour
* Access to Health & Social Care qualifications
* £400 referral scheme for introducing new carers (T&C’s apply)
* Fully paid induction in line with the Care Certificate

Requirements
* Full Driving Licence & your own reliable vehicle
* To be able to commit to working alternate weekends
