We’re creating a bold, ambitious Business Development team, and we’re on the lookout for two driven professionals to join us right from the start of this exciting journey.
 
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in powering our growth across the North West, Midlands, and Yorkshire over the next two years. You’ll receive comprehensive training, continuous coaching, and all the tools you need to succeed.
 
From there, it’s all about doing what you do best; connecting with people, building relationships, and turning warm inbound leads into long-term clients. You’ll be the friendly voice (and face!) that represents our brand and drives our success.
 
If you’re a motivated salesperson who gets a buzz from hitting targets and making great conversations happen then this is the role for you!
 
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
 
 * Making outbound calls to warm leads and existing clients, as well as following up inbound enquiries.
 * Building relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on trust and long-term success.
 * Managing a pipeline of leads and nurturing prospects through to appointment.
 * Achieving and exceeding daily and monthly appointment targets.
 * Working closely with the Head of Business Development and wider team to deliver measurable growth.
 * Using our CRM to log activity, forecast results, and track progress.
 * Supporting marketing and campaign activities designed to generate new business opportunities.

 * Have a passion for sales and want to develop your career in B2B.
 * Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to every conversation.
 * Have experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound calling (B2B preferred).
 * Be motivated by hitting targets and achieving personal and team success.
 * Be proactive, organised, and confident managing a sales pipeline.
 * Love collaborating with others and contributing to a fun, high-performing culture.
 * (Bonus) Have experience in the accountancy, financial, or professional services sector - though it’s not essential.
