About the Role: Design and deliver engaging and informative Physics lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum. Cultivate a stimulating and safe learning environment that fosters a love of exploration, critical thinking, and scientific understanding. Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of core physics principles, practical laboratory skills, and problem-solving abilities. Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable). Collaborate with colleagues in the Science department and contribute to school-wide events. The Ideal Candidate: Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Physics or a closely related subject. Demonstrates a strong passion for physics and a captivating teaching style. Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management. Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
