HR Organisational Change Consultant – NHS (Truro, UK)
We’re looking for a HR Organisational Change Consultant for our NHS client based in Truro on an initial 6-month fixed term contract, paying £64,455 to £74,896 (Band 8B).
This role allows hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office 3 days per week.
Key responsibilities
* Lead large-scale organisational change within the NHS or public sector.
* Work with trade union consultation and negotiation.
* Apply HR policy and organisational design in a clinical setting.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
