As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Customer domain data strategy and management efforts. Role Summary: As the Sr. Manager, Customer & Meta Data Strategy Lead, you will report to the International Director, Data Quality & Stewardship Excellence Lea d. You will be an integral member of the Global Commercial Analytics International Data Strategy Team, and accountable for managing Customer, Reference and Metadata standards & processes. You will be leading the data governance, for these domains to ensure consistency, compliance and quality of our data across the international division. You will serve as the escalation point for resolving cross functional data related issues. This role involves deep expertise in both data assets and related end-to-end processes and provides guidance Market Data & Insights Enablement Leads on implementation. Key Responsibilities: International Business process & Capability Owner for Customer (HCP/HCO) data stewardship processes, including Master Data Management (MDM), Reference and Meta Data Management. Work with relevant Global teams and International Data strategy council to translate strategic data decisions into International rules and guidance for implementation, ensuring data consistency across key data domains Responsible for the governance, design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of customer data stewardship processes, procedures, and standards. Proactively explore opportunities to improve data quality and process improvements. Owns the Data quality assessment process for customer data, validates that each market meets completeness, accuracy and trigger remediation with the domain owner and the Market Data & Insights Enablement Leads whenever those thresholds are missed. Review change requests and advise on resolution of customer data domain issues to maintain domain integrity. Partners with Commercial, Digital, Compliance and other functions to ensure customer data domain data meets business and regulatory needs communicating changes and rules to Market Data & Insights Enablement Leads and coordinating activities together of incoming updates. Qualifications: BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; MS or MBA strongly preferred. Proven leadership experience in data stewardship, reporting, and analytics at an international level. Extensive expertise in the pharmaceutical data domain, including a deep understanding of customer and sales data governance and standards. Good technical proficiency in data architecture, and enterprise data management platforms. Experience in working with AI drive applications in enterprise environments Deep understanding of customer master data management tools & processes Proven leadership in dynamic, results-driven environments. Expertise in managing conflicting project ideas and making tough decisions. Adept in cross-domain work and problem-solving. Strong ability to drive collaboration and foster highly productive, functional relationships Required skillset: Extended periods of concentrated analysis. High-level decision making under pressure. Strategic visioning and complex problem-solving. Leadership in dynamic environments. Cross-cultural sensitivity. Work Schedule and Travel: Travel expected 10-20% of the role. Primary location: Any Pfizer Europe site, other locations also considered Working hours: Flexible working hours expected as this role is expected to work with colleagues across Asia, Europe, LATAM & Canada and Global teams in US.
