An international company known for their logistics and industrial large scale technical projects is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. ResponsibilitiesOversee all stages of project life cycle, from liaising with land acquisition team to tendering packages, liaising on site to hand overManage construction projects on time and on budgetUndertake all due diligence building surveys and duties, including SoC's, defect analysis and BRCA'S,Prepare specifications that can be tendered out, and then handling all tenders and contractors throughout the projectKnowledge of UK building regulations, and good understanding of project management and CDM responsibilitiesBasic or some understanding of sustainability and Net Zero in order to assist on strategies and process within the overall companyCreating and managing budgetsQualifications and ExperienceMust be RICS accredited, with relevant or similar building surveying degree/ industry experience3+ years post qualification experience, working on large scale technical projects, from logistics, warehouses, storage facilitiesStrong organisational and project management skillsUK Driving license required, part of package is fully covered company care as travel throughout UK will be required.Proficient in MS Excel and MS Projects, along with working efficiency in CADThe right person for this role will be self motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, as projects require different levels of input.
