Team Leader – Residential Support Worker
Heal Care Group
At Heal Care Group, we are on a mission to raise the bar for children in care and set the gold-standard for children's residential care. We operate high-quality, therapeutic homes that give children not just safety and stability, but also the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive.
Our service is built on four core values: Humility, Empathy, Aspirational Care, and Love What You Do. We invest in our people through structured training, clear progression pathways, and a supportive culture that empowers every member of staff to do their best work.
Joining Heal means being part of a service that's small enough to feel personal, but bold enough to have a big vision: creating outstanding homes that change lives for children.
