£25,000 basic (supported structure Y1) | First-year OTE ~£40,000

Chris, our Sales Director, started in fuel sales and built Crown Oil Environmental from the ground up over the past 24 years. Ben, our Sales Manager, also rose through the business and knows exactly what it takes to succeed. Together, they lead a growing team of Fuel Solutions Advisors who will support and guide you from day one.
This is a 360 sales role.
You’ll take ownership of your own market, manage your pipeline, and see the direct results of your efforts. It’s all about long-term, consultative sales — not just quick wins or one-off calls.

What you'll be doing:
* Working closely with the Sales Manager to hit — and exceed — targets
* Identifying new business opportunities across multiple industries
* Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients
* Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity
* Creating persuasive proposals and quotes that convert
* Negotiating and closing deals to boost your commission
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure top-tier service
What we're looking for:
* Proven sales experience (B2B or B2C)
* A confident communicator who can build trust and rapport
* Someone who thrives on targets — and knows how to beat them
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Willingness to travel and represent the brand when needed
Experience in fuel distribution or management is a bonus — but not essential. Full training is provided.
