**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Estate Agent to join our Hunters team as a Property Valuer working across Dumfries & Galloway. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct property valuations using industry-standard methods and tools - Analyse market trends and property data to determine accurate valuations - Drive to various properties for on-site inspections and assessments - Communicate valuation results effectively to clients and stakeholders - Utilise IT tools, including Excel, to maintain accurate records and reports - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the valuation process .
**Requirements:** - Proven experience in property valuation, sales or a related field - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple valuations simultaneously - Excellent analytical skills to interpret property data accurately - A proactive approach with the drive to meet deadlines efficiently - Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members - Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting - Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service throughout the valuation process. The role comes with a Car Allowance and the on-target-earnings are a mixture of high basic wage, topped up with uncapped commission.
