About the role:
Reporting to the Lead PMO, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects related to Motia across Fuel and Fleet products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for end to end delivery of projects including creating and maintaining Project Documentation such as Project Plans, RAID Logs
* Managing third-party vendors to ensure business requirements are fully understood and delivered accurately
* Lead project meetings to ensure projects are on track, identify and mitigate risk and issues
* Work across functions to establish working solutions that meet quality standard and stakeholder expectations
* Work with PMO Lead to ensure projects are delivered on time, budget and to required quality
* Compliance with our Business Conduct Guidelines and other Group Policies
* Any other duties as may be reasonably required
Requirements
* Previous experience of successfully delivering projects and change across business functions
* Recognised qualification in Project Management: Prince2, APM, PMP certification
* Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem resolution and informed decision-making
* Ability to communicate to all levels of the business from end users to Senior Leadership Team
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise according to business needs
* Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers alongside the Lead PMO driving project excellence
* Assuring accuracy in documentation, reporting and compliance
* Experience in using Project Tools such as MSP, Visio, Microsoft Excel and Jira
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between sites
