Operations and admin support manager

Job Description

* Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to support smooth business operations
* Coordinate operational activities across multiple catering sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency
* Act as a central point of contact between clients, site teams, and senior management
* Support onboarding, training coordination, and compliance documentation for staff
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal systems (e.g. invoicing, stock tracking, and performance data)
* Diary management support
* Assist in implementing operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives
* Monitor service delivery standards and support site teams in resolving issues promptly
* Provide general support to senior leadership, including reporting, analysis, and project coordination

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an administrative and/or operations support role, ideally within catering, hospitality, or a fast-paced service environment
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams and with clients
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
* Experience with scheduling, compliance, or multi-site operations is highly desirable
