Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across West Wales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, demonstrating exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Sales force. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage relationships with clients while driving revenue growth. Proficiency in Welsh is a valuable asset, enabling effective communication with a broader client base.
Hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
Salary to be discussed at interview. Two references will be required before and employment is offered.
Duties
Duties will involve the sale of ice creams, sorbets, ice cream desserts and other ice cream products. You will be required to undergo training in the factory to understand the process of manufacturing ice cream and will be on a six month trial basis
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and expand market share.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess competitive landscape.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and promotional activities.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.
* Liaise with wholesaler sales team members
Experience
* Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
* Proficiency in Sales
* Fluency in Welsh is highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
