SEND Teacher - Secondary Specialist Provision (Harrow, North West London)
Salary: MPS/UPS (£195 - £260 per day) - dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only | January 2026 - July 2026 (with potential to extend)
Location: Harrow, North West London

SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working with a specialist secondary SEND school in North West London, renowned for its inclusive ethos, nurturing environment, and commitment to supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher (QTS)-whether primary or secondary trained-who is passionate about helping young people thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. No previous SEND school experience is required - full training and support will be provided.

The Role

Teach a creative and varied curriculum to students aged 11-16 with diverse learning needs (ASC, SEMH, and other SEND profiles)
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that promote confidence, independence, and progress
Work collaboratively with a skilled team of teaching assistants, therapists, and SEND specialists
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where every pupil feels valued and supported
