As the company's Battery Inverter Technical Specialist, you will be the essential link between R&D development and customer-facing solutions. You will leverage your deep understanding of PCS and BESS to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and market needs.
Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
* Provide expert guidance on PCS functionality, BESS integration, and grid interaction.
* Analyse customer feedback and translate market requirements into product development specifications.
* Troubleshoot technical issues related to PCS installations and grid integration.
* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in power systems, grid regulations, and BESS technologies.
Communication and Collaboration:
* Act as the internal PCS guru, providing technical advice and support to colleagues across departments.
* Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to engineers, sales personnel, and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with R&D teams to translate market needs into concrete product features and improvements.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops on PCS technology and BESS applications.
Market Intelligence:
* Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify potential growth opportunities for PCS technology.
* Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed about the evolving BESS landscape.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry players and potential customers.
Experience Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience working with PCS and BESS technologies.
* In-depth understanding of power conversion systems, battery technologies, and grid integration principles.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems and analyze system performance data.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
