Your new role
Reporting to the CFO and managing a small team, you'll take responsibility for all treasury activities within the Group.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Prepare the annual treasury strategy in conjunction with the CFO and advisors.
2. Review the effectiveness of the borrowing and investment strategy, identifying rmendations, and implement approved changes
3. Shaping funding plans and capital requirements
4. Managing key relationships with funders, clearing banks, treasury advisors, and professional partners
5. Report on the Group's loan register, evaluating the risk of interest rate variations and making rmendations to maximise efficiency of cost of borrowing
6. Develop and maintain a register of loan covenant requirements, implementing effective controls
7. Implement, develop, and continuously improve systems to report and forecast on cashflow
What you'll need to succeed
8. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
9. Experience operating as a senior manager in a highly regulated sector
10. Knowledge of housing finance regulatory and funder requirements
