We’re recruiting on behalf of a quality-led hotel operating at 2 AA Rosette standard for a confident CDP who wants to join a small team and actually learn and take ownership of each section.

What You’ll Do
10. Run your own section confidently during service
11. Lead when senior chefs are off
12. Support and guide junior team members
13. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
14. Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
15. Follow strict HACCP and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
16. Experience as a CDP in a fresh food kitchen
17. Exposure to Rosette or quality-led kitchens preferred
18. Confident leading during busy service
19. Strong organisation and food safety knowledge
20. Ambition to step into Junior Sous responsibility
