The role…
We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join the leadership team at St Ives Harbour Hotel. In this pivotal role, you will act as the strategic business leader for the hotel’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of both commercial objectives and outstanding guest satisfaction.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance across all departments, leading from the front with energy, professionalism, and a passion for excellence. You will be a visible and inspiring leader, championing your team while maintaining the highest operational standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing strong, strategic leadership across all operational departments
* Driving revenue, profitability, and performance targets
* Ensuring exceptional guest experiences at every stage of the customer journey
* Supporting and deputising for the General Manager when required
* Fostering a positive, engaging, and high-performing team culture
The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail, a genuine passion for hospitality, and proven experience within a luxury or four-star environment.
