Duties and Responsibilities:
Raising quotations for clients
Requesting quotations and pricing from suppliers
Putting together cost plans
Handling customer requests
Raising Purchase Orders
Chasing Order acknowledgements/outbound quality feedback calls
Maintaining good customer relations
Answering customer's telephone queries
Producing Furniture Presentation documents
Logistical planning
Filling of project files

Experience
* Working in a busy and varied environment with exposure to pressurised sales support
* Exposure to sales support databases
* Experience of the furniture industry essential
* Experience with communication with all levels of people, including clients and suppliers
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
* Must have the capability to learn and master new order management systems
* Experience in Sales Support within the interior sector is desirable
