Role Description
This is an unpaid part‑time remote role for a Marketing Manager Intern (Creative Lead). The role includes managing and creating marketing campaigns, developing creative content, conducting market research, and collaborating with various teams. The intern will also assist in digital marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, and email campaigns. Additionally, the intern will participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing strategies and branding.
What You’ll Do
* Collaborate with founders to execute the brand’s marketing strategy and content calendar and potentially lead the founders Instagram pages.
* Develop and manage a small creative team (design, content, and video interns).
* Create and edit engaging social media content (reels, carousels, and short‑form videos).
* Work with provided scripts/concepts and bring them to life through visual storytelling.
* Use tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut for video edits and motion graphics.
* Help brainstorm campaign ideas, brand collaterals, and community growth initiatives.
* Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual style across platforms.
Preferred Skills
* Strong communication and leadership ability.
* Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok trends.
* Desirable if you know Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools (Capcut etc.).
* Eye for design (experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus).
* Organised, self‑driven, and passionate about wellness, creativity, or AI.
