Job Title: Trainee White Goods Engineer
Location: Bristol, Bristol Customer Service Centre

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (OTE £32k - £38k), increasing to £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (OTE £35k - £41k)
Shift Pattern: Average of 41 hours per week, working 5 over 7 days (some Saturday work on a rostered basis), no Sundays

If successful, you will start on Monday 9th June and need to be available for the first 4 weeks for induction and training.

We’re seeking Trainee White Goods Engineers to join our White Goods Repair Team. This team boasts industry-leading NPS and first-visit fix rates. As a Trainee, you’ll leverage your basic electrical knowledge and receive comprehensive training to become a White Goods Engineer within 2-4 months, transforming your daily work into an exciting adventure.
The role involves skill, efficiency, and building rapport with customers. You’ll learn to diagnose, repair, and install appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Role overview:
* Testing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods in customers’ homes
* Applying technical knowledge to a range of appliances
* Driving a company van and managing your daily schedule
* Enhancing our reputation as a home services expert
Success in this role requires excellent customer service skills, experience engaging positively with customers, and the ability to handle heavy appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers. A full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points is essential.
