Were on the lookout for a Transport Operator to join our team on the Fuchs contract. This is a full-time, permanent role working the mid shift, Monday to Friday, 10:00 19:00.
Youll be at the heart of ensuring our transport operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Were looking to offer a salary of up to £26,200 per annum. What youll do on a typical day:
As a Transport Operator, youll report to the Transport Shift Manager and be at the heart of our operations:
Operations
Coordinate 18+ drivers
Manage sub-contract bookings and dispatch
Oversee vehicle loading and driver dispatch
Communicate with customers, hauliers and internal XPO Network Sites
Handle debrief paperwork and proof of delivery
Support planning, maintenance, and KPI reporting
Maximise vehicle utilisation and build strong haulier relationships
Service Levels
Ensure on-time deliveries and report delays
Maintain accurate and secure documentation
Support efficient document retrieval and compliance
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Essential: 1-2 years experience working within a transport office or office environment.
Essential: Strong communication and administration skills, able to handle different personality types
Essential: Great organisational skills, management capability and strong influencing skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel would be an advantage but training will be provided.
