Job Description
* Contact customers via telephone to discuss outstanding accounts and payment plans.
* Provide accurate information on account balances and payment schedules.
* Negotiate repayment terms in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Record all interactions and agreements in the system accurately.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer queries effectively.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data responsibly.
* Contribute to team targets and individual performance goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Customer Service Advisor should have:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic proficiency in using computer systems and software.
* Previous experience working in a call Centre or credit control type role.
