We are offering several different career paths in BMS development, commissioning and
planned preventative maintenance, we are one team and the nature of our business
will always require a degree of flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our clients
and deliver world-class facilities. Both roles are predominantly based at a construction site or a
live BladeRoom facility owned by our clients.

BMS Development Opportunities
• Support the development of the datacentre controls solutions, including software programming for the leading data centre product on the market.
• Support the on-site deployment of these systems and contribute to the successful
deployment and type testing of our programs.
• Assist with new controls developments, as our company continues to expand into new markets
and continues to offer innovative and efficient solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
• Complete server builds, and centralised graphics at a physical and virtual layer.
• Assist commissioning engineers with type testing of BMS systems and general
commissioning tasks associated with the facility.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to perform maintenance tasks in a mission critical environment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at live sites, including controls setup and network
configurations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware solutions and primarily with Trend
and Tridium BMS Systems and network configurations at live sites.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Take a lead in the testing of our BladeRoom
• Ensure that our facilities are operating in accordance with design parameters and to the highest standard, ready to handover a state-of-the-art facility to our client.
• Organise and coordinate the daily commissioning activities (BRG and subcontractor specialists), in collaboration with our client’s specialists and colleagues from the construction team to ensure live projects remain on programme, with milestones met.
• Complete all commissioning QA/testing documentation and manage the correct
completion and submission of subcontractor QA and testing documentation.
• Collation of completed test sheets and asset lists and assist with the completion of handover
documentation where required.
• Represent the company at all times by your professionalism, your problem solving skills
and your dedication to providing the best data centre on the market.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware solutions and primarily with Trend
and Tridium BMS Systems.
• Resolving network issues, configuring operating systems
• Relevant technical qualification (degree level) or experience in a similar field
• At least two years relevant industry experience.
• Understanding mission critical facilities and their systems and infrastructure
• Systems testing and problem solving of technical issues (mechanical, electrical and especially building management systems).
