The Position:
We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our busy, vibrant team to specialise in the sourcing and placement of doctors of all grades and specialities.
The Recruitment Consultant role requires building a bank of doctors through new registrations, the database, events, social networking and referrals, identifying suitable roles for doctors, and sourcing doctors for vacancies available with our clients. This match is made whilst always adhering to compliance standards, client requirements, company procedure and government legislation, operating nationally across NHS and private sector.
The position of the Recruitment Consultant requires an ability to build excellent working relationships, clear, open and honest communication and the desire to hit targets, whilst delivering superb service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resilient, proactive, and personable, always able to see the positive in a situation.
