Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Interaction Designer to help shape intuitive, consumer-grade experiences for business applications. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to lead UX efforts across the product lifecycle—from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design end-to-end user experiences for web-based productivity tools.
* Partner with product managers to enhance UX for supply chain/distribution solutions.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and final design specs.
* Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability.
* Collaborate with engineers to implement designs.
* Influence design standards and ensure brand consistency.
* Evaluate features using usability heuristics and best practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
* 5+ years in UX or interaction design with launched web/software products.
* Experience with ERP, cloud financial, or operational systems preferred.
* Skilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Portfolio showcasing UX design work.
