The Role
We are looking for a Communications Executive to support the delivery of social media and communications across our Beauty Accessories and Personal Care brands, including Eylure London, Elegant Touch and Dr Teal’s.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the centre of our in-house team - supporting the planning, coordination and execution of social content, while ensuring our brands show up consistently across the UK and European markets.
Working closely with the Communications Manager and Social Content Lead, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across social platforms, while also supporting wider PR and marketing activity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Supporting the planning and scheduling of social media content across multiple brands and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
* Writing and adapting captions, and managing content scheduling across organic and paid activity
* Supporting content creation, including basic video editing (e.g. Canva, CapCut) and assisting with shoots or low-fi filming
* Coordinating and delivering small-scale social campaigns (e.g. competitions, seasonal moments, partnerships)
* Managing day-to-day community engagement, including responding to comments, DMs and tagged content
* Monitoring trends, competitors and community conversations, sharing insights with the wider team
* Curating user-generated content and supporting creator relationships
* Supporting European agency activity through asset coordination and content sharing
* Assisting with reporting, presentations, product send-outs and general marketing coordination
* Supporting budget processes, including raising POs and tracking spend
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years’ experience in marketing communications, with hands-on social media experience
* Experience managing day-to-day social media activity (scheduling, caption writing, community management)
* Experience supporting content creation, including basic editing (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience working across multiple brands or projects (highly desirable)
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Fluency in German and/or French is highly desirable

This is a hybrid position which requires you to work from the office 2 days per week. The office is based in Uxbridge.
